More Day 3.......

Well just got back from a Mexican Feast and feeling good. We picked up our new bikes tonight as well. Ell got a Pivot Mach 5 with the new DW link and I got a Intense Spyder 29'er and a tub of Ultra Strength Ben G-G-G-G-Gay.

Aside from the lost in the woods factor annd the fact we had to hike up over a 1000 foot Mesa to find the road with the truck the scenery in the high Mountains was second to none. Frozen lakes and it was sunny when you where on the right side of the Mtn.

Wicked day, Epic day, looking forward to tommorow.......

Moab Day 3 ( I LOVE MY GARMIN )

We just basically got in after the biggest and most dangerous ride / epic / hike I have ever done in my life. We will post more after we eat but let's just say the day started with a 5 mile climb straight up to over 10,000 feet then it was supposed to be rolling single track back to the truck.

I can tell you we did NOT come to Moab to do any Brokeback Mountain Shite but we where about 45 minutes away from darkness in the mountians as we argued back and forth about what route to take. I am sure it was not as intense as this description but with no cell phone, no food, no warm gear we where LUCKY. Well Elliott had a lighter :)
