Hardwood Hills Singletrack Challenge
What a day, weather was perfect, trails were in perfect condition and the event was well attended. Basically how they did this was stringing together Serious, Radical, Krank'd, Gnarly & Fun trails for a 51 km course. I realized that some things don't go well with each other like a rigid fork and the Radical trail. That being said the ti fork was definitly a plus when the trail pointed up. The GPS track for this paints a pretty good picture with the loop. It was a great format that spread out the riders pretty quickly. It was nice to cover so many of the trails and not do the hamster in the wheel loops that ususally make up the 8 hour's.
