Met up with Wes ( from Chicago ) a few days ago on Strand Hill. We met up and rode the 401 trail from Mt. Crested Butte. Weather again was perfect, climbing was epic, descent was un-real. Trail topped out at over 11 thousand feet and the climb to the top was almost 2 thousand out of a grand total of 3.
