After a long travel day and a 18 oz Prime rib dinner Moab treated us to our first stellar day. Temps where 78 today and we rented a Trek Madone and a Orbea Orca and went for a 75 km road ride to Potash.
Let me jump back to why we are here. I basically started riding 20 years ago with Ell. It was only fitting that we spent our 40th birthdays in the mtb mecca called Moab. This would be my third time there and Ell's first so the plan was hatched and off we went. We flew into Vegas picked up our Highlander and set off for Moab. 7 hours later we were at Poison Spider Bikes picking up our first of 3 rental bikes and the story starts......
